Kássio has become a well-known name in Portugal, and within Portuguese communities around the globe. As he celebrates two decades in the music industry, he showcases a vibrant blend of danceable pop and the rich traditions of contemporary Fado, establishing himself as a multifaceted artist. The years 2022 and 2023 marked a significant return to his roots with the release of new singles under the label Editora Spatial.

His latest tracks, including "Se eu pudesse-te beijar", "Balança, balança", "Deus deixou Escrito", "Diz-me a Verdade" and "Mãe és Luz", are pivotal to Kássio's artistic journey. The first two singles, "Se eu pudesse-te beijar" and "Balança, Bala", garnered four nominations at the International Portuguese Music Awards in the United States, enhancing his visibility and solidifying his status in the Portuguese music scene. Kássio has become one of the most sought-after artists on various radio stations in Portugal and abroad, frequently appearing on television programs.

Reflecting on his journey, Kássio notes that two decades have flown by in the blink of an eye. He fondly recalls his television debut on the show that launched his career, Big Show Sic, back in 1998/1999, feeling as if it were just yesterday.

In 2000, Kássio took a significant step by professionally recording and releasing his second album, "Canto por Amor." That same year, he moved from the Algarve to Lisbon, ready to pursue a promising career. Kássio admits that building his career in a competitive Lisbon environment, away from family and friends, was a challenging yet rewarding experience, teaching him to navigate unexpected hurdles along the way.
