Dean Downes is a mainstay on Canberra’s professional DJ scene, bringing energy and vitality to over 1,500 events in his 20 year career. He flawlessly mixes many different genres of music to create an amazing party atmosphere, seamlessly blending the party classics that everyone wants to hear with current chart hits. His specialty is mixing old-school 70s, 80s and 90s tunes with modern rock and funky beats.

Dean has enjoyed many career highlights, having supported high profile bands such as Australian rock legends Mental as Anything, and has performed at prestigious events for political leaders and staff, including Australia’s prime minister.
